Cream Cheese Brownies

4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
1 1/3 cup Equal , divided
3 eggs, divided
2 Tbsp + 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided
1 1/2 tsp vanilla, divided
1/2 cup stick butter
2 squares (2 oz) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt


CREAM CHEESE LAYER: Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup Equal® Sugar Lite™, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in small mixing bowl. Mix on medium speed of mixer until well blended; set aside.

BROWNIE LAYER: Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter and chocolate in medium size heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup Equal® Sugar Lite™ until blended. Mix in 2 eggs, one at a time, beating until well combined after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Combine baking powder, salt and 3/4 cup flour, and mix together until blended.

Pour brownie mixture in an 8-inch square pan well-sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls over brownie mixture. Swirl cream cheese mixture into brownie mixture using tip of a sharp knife. Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
